Why do I like drawing characters from games or shows that nobody remembers anymore? I dunno.

Colored in Painter
Kind of quick, but another experiment with backgrounds and more completed compositions.
Oddly enough, I just found out that the composer of the soundtrack to this game is Akira Yamaoka, the Sound Director behind Silent Hill and a large contributer to the Beatmania series. The More You Know.
I've never played this game, but I've seen this character floating around before. Nice work!

Okay, so toast always falls butter-side-down, right? And cats always land on their feet. What happens if you slather a cat's back in butter and drop it off of a building, then?
I guess because it feels somewhat more rewarding then doing a fanart for a character or series that's well known. You almost feel like you're doing a service for that character and trying to get more people to enjoy them and the series they're from.
I really hope this game gets a release on the Wii shopping network
Okay, I just discovered your gallery. Woooow. Rocket Knight Adventures totally does it for me. Loads of memories. Also interesting about Yamaoka, I'm a big Silent Hill fan, too. Sparkster rulez.

The word "should" refers to a perfect world we build up in our own minds where everything goes as we want it to.
Brings back good memories...
